For all entries and/or exits between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, an additional fee of €5 will be payable on-site.

An additional fee of €20 applies for utility vehicles such as Trafic, Combi, etc.

A €5 surcharge will be applied for delays of 30 minutes or more at entry.

Delay (return):

2 to 5 hours late: €5
5 to 10 hours late: €10
10 hours to 1 day late: €20
Beyond 1 day: €5 per additional day
A €5 surcharge per trip applies to families of 4 people.

For families of more than 4 people, a €10 surcharge per trip per person will apply.

ELIT Parking Instructions

Our shuttles run on fixed schedules, every 30 minutes (e.g., 4:00, 4:30, 5:00). Departures from ELIT Parking are scheduled at 12:00 AM, 12:30 AM, 1:00 AM, 1:30 AM... 11:00 PM, 11:30 PM. Departures from the airport are at 12:15 AM, 12:45 AM, 1:15 AM, 1:45 AM... 11:15 PM, 11:45 PM. Clients must arrive 15 minutes early at the parking lot for check-in, which will be completed 5 minutes before the shuttle's departure. Since shuttle schedules are arranged the night before, ELIT Parking cannot be held responsible for delays if the scheduled time on the reservation is not respected. It is essential to inform the driver of any delays by calling +33 7 83 93 08 41 to help arrange an alternative. Drivers will pick up clients based on the time indicated on the shuttle reservation. We recommend allowing an additional 30 to 45 minutes for baggage retrieval and security checks.

For any changes, inquiries, or cancellations, clients must contact ELIT by email at elitvoyages@gmail.com. The phone number provided during the reservation (+33 7 83 93 08 41) is only used for receiving SMS for shuttle coordination.


ELIT Parking to Lyon St. Exupéry Airport/Train Station Transfer

Upon arrival at the parking lot, follow the blue gate instructions to park in the designated ELIT Parking spots (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5). Once at the correct parking area, follow the signs to reach your assigned parking area. Drop off your luggage and passengers at the "Shuttle Departure" point before parking, ensuring about 50 cm of space between each vehicle. Then, return to the "Shuttle Departure" point and inform the driver of your presence by sending the phone number provided in your reservation to +33 7 57 05 04 01 (Note: this number is a server and does not answer calls). This notification alerts the driver to your presence at the parking lot. Wait for your driver, as shuttles pass by the parking at 00 and 30 past each hour. When the driver arrives, present your reservation and board the shuttle.

Please note that our parking operates autonomously, and our shuttles run 24/7 with no personnel at the reception desk. Drivers will pick you up at 00 and 30 past each hour at the designated parking area. For families with more than four people, a surcharge of €10 will apply per trip and per person. We recommend dropping passengers at the airport in advance and returning alone with the driver. If this is not possible, please send an email to elitvoyages@gmail.com to schedule your shuttle.


Lyon St. Exupéry Airport/Train Station to ELIT Parking Transfer

After landing and retrieving your luggage, send your phone number to +33 7 57 05 04 01 to inform the driver of your arrival (Note: this number is a server and does not answer calls). The driver will be notified and will come to pick you up at the airport. Shuttles pass by at 15 and 45 past each hour. When the driver arrives, show your reservation for verification.

The driver will drop you off at the entrance of your parking area. We recommend leaving your luggage at the "Shuttle Departure" point to avoid pulling it through the gravel parking lot. ELIT Parking is not liable for any delays or early arrivals; passengers who are on time will be prioritized. If you are delayed by more than two hours, please send an email to elitvoyages@gmail.com to allow us to schedule a spot in our shuttles. Our drivers can be reached at +33 7 83 93 08 41 in case of emergencies. Since they are driving, please only contact them for urgent matters.

Transfer from ELIT Parking to Airport/St Exupéry Station

Upon arriving at the parking lot, follow the instructions on the blue gate to park your vehicle in the correct parking area, Parking ELIT 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. The driver will then receive a notification on their app indicating your presence in the parking lot. Wait for your driver; shuttles run at 00 and 30 minutes past each hour. When the driver arrives, present your reservation and board the shuttle.

Transfer from Airport/St Exupéry Station to ELIT Parking

Upon arrival of my plane and after passing through customs and collecting my luggage, I send my phone number to 07-57-05-04-01 to notify the driver of my arrival (Please note that this number is a server and will not answer calls). The driver will receive a notification and come to pick you up at the airport. Shuttles run at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour. When the driver arrives, present your reservation.

The driver will take you back to the entrance of your parking lot. We recommend leaving your luggage at the "Shuttle Departure" point to avoid dragging them through the gravel parking lot. ELIT Parking cannot be held responsible for delays or early arrivals. Passengers on time will be given priority. In case of a delay of more than 2 hours, it is mandatory to send an email to elitvoyages@gmail.com so that we can schedule a spot for you on our shuttles. Our drivers can be reached at 07-83-93-08-41 in case of emergencies. However, please contact them only in urgent situations, as they will be driving.
