Conditions for the Shuttle:

During holiday periods or peak times: the shuttle is included for up to 3 people. For each additional passenger (including babies and children), a fee of €10 per person will be charged on-site. During normal periods (outside of holidays): the shuttle is included for up to 4 people. Similarly, a fee of €10 per additional passenger will apply for each extra person (including babies and children). This €10 covers both the outbound and return trips, and no additional charges will be incurred for the return trip.

Keys and Vehicle Types:

To facilitate parking management, the provider requires that your keys be left in their care. Oversized vehicles (vans, minibuses, pick-ups, etc.) are not accepted. If a customer arrives with such a vehicle, the reservation fee will need to be paid again.

Payment and Delays:

The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid on-site. For each day of delay, an additional fee of €15 per day will be charged upon return. If a customer misses their flight or encounters issues with their documents and returns the following day, a fee of €25 will be charged to cover shuttle and registration costs.

Notification for Early Returns:

In the event of an early return, the provider must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If no notification is given, assistance fees of €85 may be charged for the vehicle’s return, subject to logistical feasibility. If immediate return is not possible, the vehicle will be returned the following day.

• Small vans: €10 extra to be paid on-site.
• Large vans or caravans: €40 extra to be paid on-site.
• Interior/exterior car wash: €50.
• Free shuttle for 4 people. Beyond that, €5 per additional person (low season, until April). Otherwise, the shuttle is free for only 2 people.
• Battery jump-start assistance: €50 to be paid on-site.

1. For each day of delay beyond the arrival date indicated in the booking, an additional fee of €10 will be charged, payable upon arrival.

2. A 100% surcharge applies for large vehicles (over 4.88 meters), payable upon arrival.

3. Each passenger is entitled to: 1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage. For each additional suitcase, a fee of €5 will be applied.

For bulky accessories such as golf clubs, surfboards, etc., a surcharge of €10 is required, payable upon arrival.

4. For items forgotten at the airport or parking area, an additional fee of €5 will be charged for the shuttle trip.

5. The booking includes 2 people. For each additional person, a surcharge of €5 per person will be applied.

Are you traveling in a wheelchair? You can bring it with you on the shuttle free of charge.
Do you have a baby seat? You can install it in the shuttle, and it will be stored safely in our facilities during your trip. Upon your return, please notify the driver in advance so they can reinstall it for free.

Location and Organization

Parking City Zaventem has two parking lots. Depending on the layout and logistics of the parking area, the customer's car may be parked in either one. These two parking lots are located 20 meters apart. During school holidays, a third parking lot is available, located approximately 400 meters away.

Arrival at the Parking – Mandatory Call

The customer must call 15 minutes before arrival to notify and facilitate the pick-up. Upon arrival, the customer must prepare their return flight number and landing time, as this information will be requested to arrange the return transfer.

Key Drop-off

All customers are required to leave their car keys at the parking lot.

Conditions for Large Vehicles

An additional charge of €7 per day applies to vehicles over 1.80 meters in height, such as: Mercedes Vito, Volkswagen Transporter, Renault Trafic, Opel Vivaro, Ford Transit Custom, etc. An additional charge of €15 per day applies to pick-up trucks, such as: Ford Raptor, Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, Volkswagen Amarok, Dodge RAM, etc. Vehicles such as Sprinter, Iveco Daily, or equivalent are not accepted.

Transfer to the Airport

The transfer to the airport is free for up to 4 people. For more than 4 people, an additional charge of €10 per person will apply, including for children and babies.

Changes to Return Flight

Any changes to the return flight number or landing time must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. If this rule is not followed, an additional charge of €85 will be applied.

Additional Days

Any addition of extra days will incur a charge of €15 per day, payable only in cash.

The parking barrier opens thanks to your license plate. Please ensure that it has been correctly registered in your reservation and that it is accurate.
